PCC superceeds Pyrolysis The PCC (Pyrolytic Catalytic Cracking) technology is a breakthrough in waste management, converting plastic and other hydrocarbon waste into valuable resources like gas, oil, and solid carbon. In 10-15 minutes a technical facility creates, through thermal, cathalytic cracking, crude oil, for which nature would need about 1 million years. Compared to PCC, standard pyrolysis is an outdated and inefficient approach to processing waste plastics and other hydrocarbons. It is an energy-intensive, inflexible method that delivers inferior results compared to modern alternatives such as Pyrolytic Catalytic Cracking. While PCC represents a more efficient, flexible, and product-oriented technology, standard pyrolysis produces lower-grade results with higher energy demand. Raw materialsTemperature PCC – Pyrolytic Catalytic Cracking Energy efficiency Product Standard Pyrolysis Moderate processing temperatures of 300-500°C allow for minimal operation costs. Needs more specific qualities in feedstock and therefore greatly limits the variety. The catalyst allows for very flexible feedstock. Even mixed materials like Municipal Solid Waste can be transformed into premium, market-ready products. Since only the heat causes the material to transform it needs very high temperatures of 400°-800°C. Process is subject to frequent clogging which leads to downtimes of the facility and large operational costs. The inconsistent mix of low-grade outputs is difficult to refine and has limited value in industrial applications. Also there are dangerous, toxic side products like dioxines and furanes and PFAS to deal with. PCC energy efficiency goes up to 86% . No clogging, no dioxines and no furanes. It solves major problems. Results in high-quality outputs such as synthetic gas, oils, and bio-char, which can be further processed into valuable fuels like diesel and gasoline. 86% Patented Innovations Our proprietary PCC technology is protected by multiple european patents, ensuring efficient resource recovery, superior product quality, and a strong competitive edge.
